In this workshop, you'll learn how to repattern your breathing to relieve pressure on your pelvic floor throughout the day, build deep core awareness for improved stability, and discover new engagement techniques to prevent excessive downward pressure on your pelvic floor.
We’ll also explore how to load your core in a pelvic floor friendly way in various body positions to enhance strength and stability.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll be equipped with movement tools & real-life movement strategies that easily integrate into your daily routine for better pelvic floor function.
